Joah’s Ark is now bringing the best of pony parties and petting zoos to you! The magic of any event is watching your child’s reaction when encountering an animal previously only seen in their books. Joah’s Ark offers hands on experience for children and adults a like. We offer events filled with laughter and smiles!
We have: kittens, bunnies, donkeys, ponies, llamas, miniature ponies, goats, sheep, chickens, labs, mini horses, hinny, arabian pintos, australian low line steer, alpacas, lambs, pot belly pigs, ducks, turkeys, geese, large commercial pig, cats, rabbits and prairie dogs.
Experience the Fun
Petting Zoo
We offer the perfect mixture of fresh air and sunshine among sweet-natured animals. All of the animals are kept in a large enclosure, allowing you to wandering around with them.
Giving you the the chance to observe, learn, pet, give them snacks and even hug them!
Pony Parties
We provide hand-guided rides with the sweetest little ponies. We have ribbons to tie in their manes and tails. You can hand feed them snacks too.
The ponies love to have their friends brush them and show them love. All our ponies are well mannered and enjoy being around everyone.

The story of Joah’s Ark
Many years ago, Jo Olson brought her pony to a friend’s birthday party for the kids to pet and ride.
Seeing how the children and everyone loved it so much, Jo decided to begin bringing her pony to more events. Soon more animals were added and the rest is history!
From the beginning Jo has always had animals in her life and wanted to help all animals in need. As a teen Jo began showing and training horses and continued to do so throughout her life. Her need to help animals gave her the drive to go to technical school.
For over seventeen years Jo has been putting her schooling to use as a vet tech. USD License and insured. For over fifteen years Jo has also been raising labrador retrievers.
Jo enjoys sharing her love for animals with everyone and helping create a new experiences for them.
She has a wide variety of animals with many different personalities. All her animals love attention and children love the experience of being able to pet, feed and even ride these wonderful animals.
